Horner Park to be Closed to Vehicle Traffic

Horner Park will be closed to vehicle traffic beginning on November 1st and open again on April 1st.  As always, Horner Park is open from dawn to dusk to foot traffic year round. The park is closed to walkers from dusk till dawn the next day.

The restrooms will be closed from November 1st through April 1st to prevent damage to the water pipes. The Park Board in consultation with the Park Custodian may change these dates due to weather conditions for each year.

Note that at times when weather permits, the park custodian may open the north gate. Traffic access will be limited to the north side.

Traffic for events within Horner Park will also be allowed.

Beginning the Friday before Thanksgiving thru December 31st, Horner Park will be open at night  for drive-thru traffic attending Lebanon’s Wonder Wonderland (LWW) holiday display traffic. LWW is considered a nightly event.
