Horner Park Hall may be rented for a variety of functions.
It has been used for wedding receptions, craft shows, group meetings, family reunions, and quite a bit more. The simple, “open room format” lends itself for a variety of functions.
RENTAL INFORMATION
— The cost for rental of the hall is:
$325/whole day.
$75 setup day before (4 hours)
$175/half day (6 hours)
For full and half day hall rentals, there is an additional $200.00 clean-up/security deposit required which is refunded if the hall has been cleaned and there is no damage to the facility.
$50 Meetings (2 hours) with no food or drinks.
Deposit Only – Boy, Cub, and Girl Scouts (Lebanon Chapters only). Max of 1 rental per year.
$325 for additional scouting rentals.
— For special events or unusual circumstances the Park Board can alter these
requirements.
FACILITY INFORMATION
— The hall is rated by the fire marshal to hold 200 people.
— There are complete kitchen facilities (stove, oven, sink, refrigerator, cabinets and a serving bar) and tables and chairs come with the facility.
— In one corner is a raised platform that can be used as a stage for a band or speaker’s platform.
— There are bathrooms accessible from both inside and outside the hall for use exclusively of Park Hall events.
— Immediately behind the hall is a large picnic area with a variety of playground equipment for children.
— The hall has both a front and rear entrance, and there is a large parking lot immediately to the front of the building.
— The hall is both air conditioned and heated.
Horner Park Hall Layout
The hall is laid out with the main external door leading directly into the main room.
To the left of the door is the small stage.
Directly ahead, across the floor and to the left are the restrooms. To the right is the kitchen and serving window.
A service door is at the rear of the room, leading outside to the playground directly behind the hall.
Each restroom has external doors allowing for outside access to them if required.
Well lit, the hall has standard overhead lighting throughout. Alternatively, wall lights are available for a party atmosphere.

Park improvements are being made all the time. For example, the 2022 spring project at the hall was new entry landscaping.
